Blending architectural and engineering power, our technical design is second-to-none. Steel structured chassis and cast-iron wheels form a solid build from the core, whilst thermal insulation and vapour barriers guarantee expert construction quality from the inside out. 

A collaborative build team since 2007, head craftsmen Henry and Ashley, electrician Alistair, plumber Kevin and decorator Tarrick have worked with Henry on multiple high-end luxury properties across the UK; now bringing their expertise to Glendale. All relevant regulations are met with, and our finished products are flawless both in looks and functionality. 

Upon completion, our handover process couldn’t be simpler. We deliver to site with all the necessary equipment to ensure a safe and professional transfer. Installation at delivery is carried out allowing for a seamless transition from workshop to destination, ready for occupancy.
